• • Shape the future of digital design. As a Product Designer at Mobbin you will sit at the heart of a product that is already trusted by over one million designers and product builders at companies like Airbnb, Wise, Uber, Meta, Google, Headspace and Duolingo. Every pixel you refine and every flow you rethink will be studied, copied and re-imagined by thousands of teams worldwide.
• • Own the end-to-end design lifecycle—from early problem framing and exploratory sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and pixel-perfect implementation. You will run user interviews, synthesise insights, craft interaction patterns, stress-test edge cases and polish micro-interactions until they feel inevitable.
• • Evolve and extend Mobbin’s design language and component system. You will audit existing patterns, codify new ones, and ensure that every screen, tooltip and empty state feels like it was born from the same DNA. Your system thinking will help the entire product move faster without sacrificing coherence or quality.
• • Champion the voice of the customer inside the company. You will triage feedback from our 400 K+ active users, surface pain points, quantify impact and translate findings into clear, actionable design briefs. When you advocate for a change, heads of engineering, content and business will listen because your rationale is always grounded in evidence.
• • Collaborate daily with a tight-knit, cross-functional squad. You will whiteboard with engineers, pair-write copy with content strategists, and debate edge cases with PMs. You give and seek feedback early and often, and you celebrate when the best idea wins—even when it isn’t yours.
• • Drive strategic bets that define the next chapter of Mobbin. Whether we are expanding into enterprise workflows, exploring AI-assisted search, or re-imagining how teams curate and share inspiration, you will help frame the vision, map the journey and ship the first slice that proves the concept.
• • Be a crafter who never ships “good enough.” You will obsess over 8-point grids, typographic rhythm, colour contrast and motion curves. You keep a private Figma file of “tiny delights” and routinely cherry-pick improvements that compound into a product that feels magical.
• • Stay relentlessly user-obsessed. You will dog-food Mobbin every day, run impromptu hallway usability tests, and maintain a habit of reading every piece of support mail. You measure success not by how beautiful a screen is, but by how invisible the friction becomes.
• • Work from anywhere within three hours of GMT+8—our Singapore office, a beach in Bali, or your living room. We optimise for deep work and asynchronous communication, so you can design on your own schedule and still stay tightly connected to the team.
• • Grow in public. We run weekly design critiques, monthly lightning talks and quarterly design sprints. You will teach what you know, learn what you don’t, and leave every quarter demonstrably better than you started.
