• • You will engage with a variety of clients, including innovative tech companies such as Robinhood and SpectrumAi, impactful non-profits like the World Wildlife Fund and NPF, and recognizable consumer brands including Stern Pinball and ESPN. Your contributions will be integral to shaping their digital presence and product offerings, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
• • The core of your responsibilities will involve the end-to-end design process. This includes conducting thorough user research to uncover insights and identify user needs, translating those insights into innovative design concepts and explorations, developing interactive prototypes to test and refine user flows, and crafting polished visual designs that align with brand identity and user experience best practices.
• • You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of industry-leading professionals. This includes working hand-in-hand with UX researchers to deeply understand user behaviors and motivations, partnering with product managers to define product strategy and roadmaps, and coordinating with skilled developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
