📋 Description

• • As a Product Designer Apprentice focused on After Sales & Seller Experience, you will support the Product Design team in creating user-centered interfaces for customers facing after-sales issues, customer service agents, and sellers of refurbished tech, directly contributing to Back Market’s mission of making technology more sustainable and accessible.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with the design team on active projects, take ownership of specific design initiatives that drive user and business impact, assist in developing and maintaining design system documentation, and grow your skills through hands-on experience in prototyping, testing, and iterating on real-world products.
• • You will join a passionate, international Product Design team at Back Market, a certified B Corp (93.2) and global leader in refurbished electronics, dedicated to reducing e-waste and carbon emissions by extending the life of tech products through innovative, user-focused design.
• • Over the 12-month apprenticeship, you will develop practical expertise in UX/UI design, deepen your proficiency in tools like Figma and AI-assisted design, strengthen your ability to simplify complex user flows, and grow into a confident, impact-driven product designer within a mission-aligned, inclusive environment.
