📋 Description
- • Product Designer role at Gray Swan AI focused on redesigning the Arena platform to improve how AI systems are tested, monitored, and secured through intuitive and trustworthy user experiences.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and improving the Arena UI across web and mobile, owning work from concept to production-ready specs, translating complex technical workflows into clear user flows, building and maintaining design system components, and collaborating with product, engineering, ML research, and GTM teams.
- • Gray Swan AI is a well-funded, fast-growing team of ~35 people dedicated to protecting organizations from AI security threats through real-time threat detection and adaptive defenses, offering high ownership and meaningful equity from day one.
- • The role offers the opportunity to shape both product and company direction, formalize design processes, co-lead design initiatives, and work on high-impact AI safety projects with a mission-driven team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of professional experience in product UI/UX design
- • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
- • Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies
- • Ability to balance technical user needs with playful, engaging design
- • Detail-oriented with experience managing style guides and component libraries
