📋 Description

• • Lead the design of Mistral’s documentation as a first-class product, ensuring it is intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric for internal teams, developers, enterprises, and builder partners.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, engineers, and customer support to identify gaps, improve clarity, and enhance usability across documentation experiences.
• • Think holistically about UI/UX of documentation, including information architecture, navigation, search, interactive demos, and visual storytelling to simplify complex AI concepts.
• • Advocate for the user by leveraging data, feedback, and curiosity to continuously improve how people learn and use Mistral’s AI products.
• • Innovate with AI by exploring dynamic content generation, personalized learning paths, and AI-assisted design to elevate documentation impact.
• • Help build Mistral’s design culture, processes, and design language as part of the founding design team, shaping long-term infrastructure and Studio products.
• • Design for good by focusing on sovereignty, transparency, and user empowerment in how the world interacts with AI and cloud computing.
• • Drive zero-to-one impact by creating documentation experiences from scratch, not incremental improvements, with builder energy and a maker mindset.
