- • Join Sibill, the financial operating system that is liberating thousands of Italian SMBs from spreadsheets and fragmented tools. As our next Product Designer you will sit at the intersection of user empathy, business strategy and pixel-perfect craft, shaping the way entrepreneurs manage invoicing, payments, treasury and accounting in one beautifully simple platform.
- • Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for high-impact quarterly objectives. You will start in discovery—unpacking job stories, mapping user journeys, and running rapid prototypes—then move into delivery where you turn validated MVPs into production-ready experiences that feel effortless.
- • Partner daily with engineers, PMs and founders in a tight feedback loop. Together you will make the ruthless trade-offs required to ship fast without sacrificing usability, always guided by real usage data and direct customer conversations.
- • Champion continuous user testing. From hallway usability checks to structured interviews, you will ensure every screen, flow and micro-interaction is battle-tested before it reaches our entrepreneurs, then monitor post-launch metrics to iterate further.
- • Craft a design system that scales. Sibill’s surface area is growing quickly; your reusable components, clear guidelines and accessible patterns will empower every squad to move faster while keeping the product feeling coherent and delightful.
- • Elevate the strategic voice of design. You will bring qualitative insights and quantitative evidence to quarterly planning, helping decide which problems are worth solving next and how design can unlock new revenue or retention levers.
- • Influence company culture. We are remote-first yet highly collaborative; your crisp async communication, thoughtful Figma files and concise Loom walkthroughs will set the bar for how we share work and give feedback.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of end-to-end Product Design (UX & UI) experience, ideally on SaaS or B2B products
- • Mastery of Figma for design and prototyping; ability to produce high-fidelity mocks and interactive specs quickly
- • Demonstrated impact on user and business metrics—show us shipped features and the results they drove
- • Comfort running lightweight user research: interviews, usability tests, jobs-to-be-done framing
- • Excellent remote communication skills: clear writing, concise Loom videos, organized Figma files
