📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer role focused on shaping the future of AI companionship at EverAI, a top 15 largest and fastest-growing AI company with 50 million users in two years, aiming for 100M and 500M.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end design across conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth features, and emerging product areas; translating complex challenges into intuitive user experiences; contributing original product ideas; collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership; and using AI tools for image/video generation and prototyping.
• EverAI is a fully remote, elite team of ~75 people founded by serial entrepreneurs with IPO and exit experience, building ethical AI products governed by EverGuard, a proprietary moderation system ensuring safety and human-first design.
• The role offers opportunity to drive innovation in AI-native consumer products, develop technical fluency with AI tools, own high-impact design decisions, and grow through experimentation and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving, category-defining environment.

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High design taste and strong visual judgment
• Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
