📋 Description
- • Senior or Staff Product Designer role at Wayflyer Limited, a fast-growing fintech company providing rapid financing solutions to small businesses across Europe and beyond.
- • Own complex product problems from discovery to delivery, design end-to-end user journeys and workflows, prototype concepts, translate financial data into intuitive experiences, evolve the design system, collaborate with engineers, and influence product decisions with a long-term platform mindset.
- • Join a global, ambitious team with offices in Dublin, London, New York, Charlotte, Berlin, and Sydney, operating remotely across Europe with a culture of feedback, continuous improvement, and design excellence.
- • Opportunity to elevate design quality through mentorship and strategic influence (especially at Staff level), simplify complex financial workflows, use AI in design workflows, and contribute to high-impact products used by thousands of businesses worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience designing digital products, ideally in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or similarly complex domains
- • Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design excellence, and exceptional visual craft
- • Ability to connect customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to create meaningful product outcomes
- • Comfort navigating ambiguity and independently driving work forward
- • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with ability to frame challenges and guide teams through decision making
