📋 Description

• As Product Director, Banking Engagement, you will bridge the gap between trading and banking by turning active traders into primary banking users through a seamless neobank experience that unifies fiat and stablecoin balances.
• You will lead product initiatives from inception to execution, driving the vision of positioning the platform as users’ central cash liquidity engine and achieving ecosystem-wide 'Primary Account' status.
• You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross-functional teams to ship impactful features and products across a global footprint.
• You will foster a culture of rapid experimentation, leverage AI to accelerate prototyping and operational efficiency, and transform idle cash into a high-engagement banking experience users rely on daily.
• You will define and execute product strategy that enhances user engagement, retention, and monetization within the banking and trading ecosystem.
• You will mentor and lead product teams, establishing best practices in product discovery, prioritization, and go-to-market execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product leadership, ideally within fintech, banking, or trading platforms.
• Strong background in driving user engagement, activation, and retention through data-informed product decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end product lifecycles in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in leveraging analytics, experimentation, and AI tools to optimize product development and user experience.
• Deep understanding of fiat, stablecoins, and digital asset ecosystems, with ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive user experiences.
