• Your primary focus will be on rapid execution and structured thinking, leveraging modern technologies such as TypeScript, Postgres, and Cloudflare Workers to deliver exceptional user experiences. • You will be instrumental in driving the product roadmap by taking ownership of high-impact product areas. This involves not just building features, but also deeply understanding customer needs and collaborating closely with our customer success team to prioritize work that delivers the most leverage and value. Your contributions will directly influence the seamlessness of the customer journey, requiring rapid iteration on UI, UX, and core application components.
• A key aspect of this role is the ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear, actionable plans. You will be responsible for identifying the necessary data to measure success, defining key metrics, and rigorously analyzing outcomes to ensure our product is not only functional but also impactful. This analytical approach is crucial for making informed decisions and driving continuous improvement.
• You will be building and maintaining robust TypeScript codebases, integrating various essential components including Postgres databases for data persistence, authentication systems for secure access, and edge logic powered by Cloudflare Workers for high-performance, low-latency operations. This full-stack responsibility ensures a comprehensive understanding and control over the application's architecture.
• To accelerate delivery and maintain the highest standards of code quality, you will be proficient in utilizing AI coding tools such as Cursor. These tools will augment your development process, assisting with code generation, debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to best practices in testing and security. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years of full-stack engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping customer-facing features at a high velocity.
• Strong proficiency in frontend TypeScript and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like Svelte/SvelteKit or React/Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres and backend TypeScript development, including comfort working with Node.js and Cloudflare Workers.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Demonstrated ability to decompose complex problems into structured, manageable steps and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments, with a proven ability to gather data, make informed decisions quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Solid understanding of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
