📋 Description

• Build polished, end-to-end product experiences for developers using Resend’s email platform, focusing on clarity, trust, and usability.
• Translate complex technical concepts—such as email deliverability, webhooks, DNS, and API behavior—into simple, intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
• Own features from initial product thinking and UX design through implementation, instrumentation, launch, and iterative improvement based on user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and customer success teams to deeply understand user pain points and deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
• Develop debugging and observability tools that help users trace the status of emails, webhooks, domains, and API requests with transparency and precision.
• Work primarily with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern web technologies to build responsive, performant, and accessible frontend experiences.
• Engage directly with users to gather insights on their challenges and translate those into actionable product improvements.
• Elevate standards for product craft, performance, accessibility, reliability, and overall quality across the entire Resend platform.
• Take ambiguous customer problems and define clear, shippable solutions with minimal direction, demonstrating strong product judgment.
• Maintain a "default to action" mindset by proactively identifying opportunities to improve the product and executing on them without waiting for explicit direction.
• Work in a low-ego, collaborative environment where feedback is valued and team success is prioritized over individual recognition.
• Contribute to a culture of ownership, where every team member is responsible for the outcome of their work from conception to post-launch iteration.
• Participate in occasional team offsites, conferences, and meetups requiring travel within Americas or European timezones.
• Help shape the developer experience by building tools and interfaces that empower technical users to succeed with minimal friction.
• Continuously raise the bar for visual design, interaction quality, and perceived performance to ensure the product feels fast, simple, and polished.
• Work within a modern tech stack including Next.js, Raycast, Notion, and other industry-standard tools for development and collaboration.
• Contribute to a fully remote, globally distributed team of 45 across 13 countries, operating with flexible schedules and high autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality web products
• Fluency in writing and speaking English
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development
• Comfort working across the stack, including APIs, databases, server-side logic, and product infrastructure
• Deep care for UX, interaction details, and product polish
• Ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into clear, shippable solutions
