- • As a Product Engineer at Scrunch, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how brands are discovered and engaged with in an AI-first world, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping marketing teams adapt to the rise of LLMs and AI-powered search platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- • You will own the end-to-end delivery of product features—from concept to production—working across frontend and backend systems to turn ideas into high-quality, user-centric experiences that drive real value for Scrunch’s growing base of over 500 paying brands, including Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups.
- • Day to day, you will build and ship features independently, translating product ideas into shipped experiences even when it requires learning new tools or technologies, while maintaining a balance between speed and long-term system health.
- • You will create leverage by designing reusable components, abstractions, and workflows that increase team velocity over time, avoiding one-off solutions in favor of scalable, maintainable systems.
- • You will actively use modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, and Cursor to accelerate coding, debugging, and exploration, enhancing your individual and team productivity.
- • You will iterate rapidly based on user feedback, continuously improving shipped features while making pragmatic architectural decisions that support scalability without over-engineering.
- • You will collaborate closely with a small, high-ownership team at a venture-backed startup ($26M funded) that values autonomy, product thinking, and technical curiosity, where your contributions directly influence both product direction and engineering culture.
- • In this role, you will develop deep product intuition, gain full-stack ownership experience, and grow into a more dangerous and versatile builder—learning how to ship impactful product quickly while thinking strategically about user outcomes and system design.

- • Experience building and shipping product end-to-end as an engineer, product manager, or technical designer
