- • Product Engineer, AI - Native at Felix Health Inc. is a senior-level engineering role focused on owning end-to-end product development in a digital healthcare context, where the engineer is expected to shape outcomes from ambiguous problems through launch, integrating AI as a core part of their workflow to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.
- • Day to day, the role involves turning vague user and business problems into clear product and technical decisions, collaborating across product, design, engineering, clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams, building full-stack features using Vue, PHP/Laravel, Python, and AI integrations, while obsessing over UX, performance, accessibility, privacy, and system reliability through testing, observability, and thoughtful design.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience at a Senior or equivalent technical level
- • Strong full-stack experience across frontend, backend, and data-oriented systems
- • Track record of shipping meaningful product features end to end
- • Strong product judgment and comfort making decisions under ambiguity
- • Strong communication around technical tradeoffs, scope, product decisions, and risk
- • Good judgment around reliability, testing, observability, performance, accessibility, privacy, and maintainability
- • Comfort using AI tools as part of day-to-day engineering workflow
