• • As a Product Engineer at Tempo Labs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in bringing blockchain-based payment infrastructure to real-world users by building first-party products like Tempo Wallet and directly integrating the Tempo blockchain into the payment systems of startups, enterprises, and financial institutions. This role bridges product development and customer deployment, ensuring that Tempo’s layer-1 blockchain—designed for stablecoins and high-volume payments—translates into usable, reliable tools that move money cheaply, predictably, and at scale.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building internal and customer-facing applications on top of the Tempo blockchain for both human users and automated agents; partnering with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into their existing payment flows and stablecoin use cases; developing deep expertise in the Tempo blockchain’s architecture, APIs, and product surface area to effectively troubleshoot and extend its capabilities; rapidly navigating unfamiliar codebases and organizational structures to deliver working integrations under tight timelines; and synthesizing field insights from customer deployments to drive improvements in the core blockchain, developer experience, and product roadmap.
• • You will join a mission-driven team of crypto-optimists backed by Stripe’s payments expertise and Paradigm’s crypto innovation, working alongside design partners including Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and other global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services.
