- • A fast-growing, Berlin-based enterprise AI platform startup is looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join the team on-site.
- • This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll own features end-to-end, work closely with the Chief Product Officer, and help deliver AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption across large organizations.
- • The company builds a model-agnostic, security-first platform that enables enterprises to roll out AI safely and at scale — from everyday chat assistants to complex automations and custom agents.
- • You'll contribute to the development of product features across the AI platform, from technical design through to user-facing implementation.
- • You'll build end-to-end solutions spanning the frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.
- • You'll implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and multi-step user flows.
- • You'll collaborate with the design team and customers to gather insights and iterate on product features.
- • You'll maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.
- • You'll participate in regular Support Engineer rotations, where engineering team members shift focus to directly support customers and the customer success team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
- • Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.

- • Salary: €66,000 – €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
