- • Design, build, and ship full stack product experiences that help people and teams delegate meaningful work to persistent AI coworkers.
- • Create intuitive frontend interfaces for directing agents, reviewing their progress, understanding their actions, and collaborating on the work they produce.
- • Build backend APIs, services, and data models that support persistent agent state, asynchronous execution, orchestration, and progress reporting.
- • Develop workflows that help agents access relevant context, use tools, and collaborate with people across workplace surfaces and channels.
- • Partner with product, design, research, and engineering teams to turn shared capabilities into cohesive products.
- • Build trust into the product through clear user controls, understandable agent behavior, safe execution, and reliable operational foundations.
- • Use customer feedback, product insight, and rapid iteration to identify high-value workflows and improve how AI coworkers deliver useful results.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of professional full-stack or product engineering experience, ideally building user-facing products in product-driven or enterprise environments.
- • A track record of shipping polished user-facing products and production backend systems with meaningful ownership across the full stack.
- • Strong frontend skills with TypeScript, React, and modern web application development, including a thoughtful approach to interaction design and usability.
- • Experience building backend services, APIs, data models, and production systems in Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- • Strong product judgment and comfort taking ambiguous customer problems from concept through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- • Experience designing software for complex workflows, collaboration, enterprise users, developer tools, or other trust-sensitive product environments.
- • Ability to reason about asynchronous work, stateful systems, reliability, performance, security, and the tradeoffs required to deliver a great user experience.
- • Proven ability to work closely with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers across multiple teams.
