📋 Description

• Ship user-facing products end to end—from frontend to backend, idea to production—across Slack, Teams, and the web app, ensuring real users interact with the product on day one, not just prototypes.
• Own the entire onboarding experience and time-to-value, optimizing from install to first meaningful user win in minutes to reduce churn.
• Engage directly with users to identify pain points, shape product problems, and define what to build without waiting for formal specs or design documents.
• Polish product details relentlessly, focusing on UX nuances that transform tolerated tools into recommended ones, with measurable impact on retention.
• Work across the full stack: build React components, design APIs, write deployment scripts, and manage infrastructure—all within a single day if needed.
• Operate with agentic coding fluency as a daily workflow, leveraging AI tooling to accelerate development without compromising quality or user experience.
• Ship to production every day with a changelog that reflects your contributions; prioritize speed without lowering the bar for quality or user value.
• Work backwards from user outcomes, not technical feasibility, and make decisions based on what moves key metrics, not ticket completion.
• Own a surface of the company that customers depend on; your work directly impacts retention, satisfaction, and growth, with clear attribution of impact.
• Build using Viktor to build Viktor—use the product daily to identify improvements, test changes, and validate assumptions in real time.
• Collaborate directly with both founders; decisions are made in-room, not through committees, Linear tickets, or alignment meetings.
• Eliminate unnecessary process: no stakeholder syncs, no lengthy planning cycles—focus is on building, observing results, and iterating rapidly.
• Learn and adapt quickly across technologies: TypeScript/React on frontend, Python on backend and agents, Modal for infrastructure—even if not fully proficient upfront.
• Demonstrate genuine drive: build because you cannot not build, driven by ownership and intrinsic motivation rather than external direction.
• Bring product taste: have strong, well-reasoned opinions about UX, aesthetics, and usability that are evident in shipped work without design handoffs.
• Cut scope strategically when needed to ship the minimal viable version that delivers real user value, then iterate based on feedback.
