📋 Description

• Ship user-facing products end to end—from frontend to backend, idea to production—across Slack, Teams, and the web app, ensuring real users interact with your work on day one.
• Own the entire onboarding experience and time-to-value, optimizing from install to first meaningful user win in minutes to reduce churn.
• Proactively engage with users to identify pain points, shape product problems, and define solutions without waiting for formal specs or design handoffs.
• Polish product details relentlessly; prioritize UX and aesthetic quality to transform tools users tolerate into ones they recommend.
• Work across the full stack: build React components, design APIs, write deployment scripts, and manage infrastructure—all within a single day if needed.
• Operate with agentic coding fluency as a daily workflow, leveraging AI tooling to accelerate development without sacrificing quality or precision.
• Ship to production every day with a changelog that bears your name; reject the notion that "it works" is sufficient and insist on excellence.
• Work backwards from user outcomes, not technical feasibility, and make decisions based on real user impact rather than internal processes or tickets.
• Own a surface of the company that customers depend on; your work directly influences retention, satisfaction, and growth metrics.
• Collaborate directly with both founders—no layers, no committees, no alignment meetings—decisions are made in the room and executed immediately.
• Build with speed and high standards: ship today, not Thursday, while maintaining quality, taste, and user-centric design.
• Embrace a small-team, high-trust, low-process environment where autonomy, ownership, and rapid iteration are the norm.
• Talk to users on your first day and ship your first feature within your first week.
• Contribute to product design and visual feel—not just functionality—ensuring the product looks and feels right, not just works.
• Continuously learn and adapt across technologies: TypeScript/React on frontend, Python on backend and agents, Modal for infrastructure.
• Prioritize outcomes over tasks; cut scope when necessary to ship the minimal viable version that moves the key metric.
• Demonstrate genuine drive: build because you can’t not, not because you’re told to.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped a real product with real users, owned end to end, not a side project or localhost prototype
• Agentic coding fluency as a daily workflow, using AI tooling to accelerate development
• Full-stack capability: comfortable building frontend (React), backend (Python), and infrastructure (Modal) components
• Product taste: strong UX instincts and ability to define and defend high-quality design without formal design input
• Ability to ship to production daily with a focus on user outcomes, not just technical completion
• Direct user engagement: proactively talk to users, shape problems, and own outcomes, not just tickets
