- • Develop and maintain SaaS applications for the logistics and trucking industry using Node.js and JavaScript.
- • Build scalable front-end and back-end solutions to support customer workflows in logistics and trucking software.
- • Utilize AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality.
- • Collaborate closely with Product and Operations teams to prioritize, design, and deliver features aligned with customer needs.
- • Participate in debugging, testing, and platform optimization to ensure reliability and performance of SaaS platforms.
- • Work within a fully remote team environment with structured communication via Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- • Maintain a product-focused mindset by deeply understanding user workflows, pain points, and business outcomes in logistics operations.
- • Ensure daily overlap of 4–5 hours with US Pacific Standard Time (PST) to enable real-time collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- • Apply hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding workflows to enhance productivity and reduce manual development tasks.
- • Contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products, from feature ideation to deployment and iterative improvement.
- • Support the continuous evolution of platform architecture to meet growing demand in the global logistics and trucking sector.
- • Translate product requirements into technical implementations while maintaining clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- • Engage in peer code reviews and team knowledge sharing to uphold engineering standards in a distributed team.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-growing startup environment focused on global SaaS expansion.
- • Demonstrate proven ability to thrive in remote work settings with self-direction, accountability, and clear communication.
