📋 Description

• As a Product Lead at Fyxer Inc., you will serve as the senior research voice within the product organisation, directly influencing high-impact product decisions by embedding research into the core of product development rather than treating it as a support function.
• You will lead discovery for critical product bets from ambiguity to validated direction, design and run appropriate validation methods (interviews, prototypes, fake doors, usability testing, behavioural analysis, experiments), and translate qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction for both short-term improvements and long-term strategy.
• You will work directly with the Head of Product, CTO, founders, and senior engineers as a core partner from the start of initiatives, shaping what gets built and why through evidence-based problem framing and practical tradeoffs.
• You will embed structured learning loops into team operations, raise the bar of research and product thinking by coaching others, introducing scalable frameworks and rituals, and building repeatable systems that compound insight over time.
• You will operate with significant autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, moving fluidly between discovery, validation, experimentation, and strategic framing while making confident decisions under uncertainty.

🎯 Requirements

• Systems thinker with ability to connect customer journeys, user behaviour, and feedback loops to revenue impact and business outcomes
• Full-stack research expertise across qualitative methods, behavioural insight, and experimentation, with skill in selecting the right method for the decision at hand
• Proven ability to work closely with engineers and founders as a decision-oriented partner, translating user insight into clear problem framing and influencing what gets built
• Capability builder experienced in designing research systems, coaching others, introducing frameworks, and creating scalable learning loops that level up organisational discovery
• Comfortable operating with imperfect information, tightening thinking iteratively, and making confident calls under uncertainty with strong judgment and communication
