Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As the Product Lead for Agentic Implementation at ArbiterAI Inc., you will be the critical bridge between product vision, engineering execution, and real-world customer impact, responsible for transforming innovative agentic AI concepts into proven, scalable healthcare solutions that directly improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of pilot deployments for Arbiter’s AI-powered care orchestration platform, ensuring that early-stage implementations are not only technically sound but also clinically meaningful, measurable, and ready for scalable handoff to customer success and product teams.
- • Your role sits at the strategic intersection of product, engineering, implementation, and go-to-market, where you will translate ambiguous clinical and operational needs into precise, actionable requirements while driving rapid iteration and learning from real-world field experiences.
- • You will partner closely with Sales during discovery to scope feasible solutions for small and mid-market accounts, mapping clinical or user journeys using existing agentic workflow templates and aligning with Staff Implementation PMs to define crisp, measurable success criteria before any code is written.
- • During the pilot window (typically the first 90 days), you will serve as the single point of contact for customers, leading onboarding, technical setup, and early troubleshooting while orchestrating cross-functional execution with Implementation Engineers to configure voice, SMS, video workflows, content routing, triggers, and EHR/CRM integrations.
- • You will drive rigorous QA, go-live readiness, and rapid triage of issues — analyzing logs, identifying edge cases and failure modes, and establishing clear escalation paths to ensure system stability and user trust during critical early adoption phases.
- • You will track and quantify pilot performance against agreed-upon success metrics including patient engagement rates, time-to-live, adoption benchmarks, and clinical efficiency gains, then synthesize findings into actionable handoff packages for the Senior CS Manager to inform scaling strategies and contract renewals.
- • Beyond individual pilots, you will build repeatable motion by creating deployment playbooks, configuration checklists, and templated workflows that reduce variance, accelerate future launches, and feed real-world gaps — such as platform limitations or missing reporting primitives — directly into the product roadmap to shape engineering priorities.
- • You will operate in a high-velocity, ownership-driven environment where ambiguity is expected and initiative is rewarded, leveraging your technical fluency to read logs, understand workflow dependencies, and communicate precisely with engineers without requiring translation.
- • Your strong written communication skills will be essential in producing clear, reusable documentation that aligns cross-functional teams quickly and leaves behind institutional knowledge that accelerates future implementations.
- • You will join a mission-driven team backed by one of the largest seed rounds in health tech history, working alongside operators with deep national distribution expertise to build the connected healthcare infrastructure the industry has long needed.
- • Arbiter’s culture emphasizes Engineering Excellence, Impact-Driven Development, Collaboration Over Ego, and Continuous Growth — providing you with mentorship, professional development opportunities, and the autonomy to deepen your expertise while shipping high-impact solutions at scale.
- • This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the frontier of agentic AI in healthcare, where your work will not only validate a breakthrough technology but also establish the operational blueprint for how AI agents transform patient care delivery at national scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, forward-deployed product, or implementation leadership, preferably in customer-facing roles with ambiguous requirements and tight timelines.
- • Technical fluency: ability to read system logs, understand workflow logic, map data dependencies, and communicate effectively with engineers without relying on intermediaries.
- • Proven experience defining and tracking success metrics (e.g., patient engagement, adoption, time-to-live, clinical savings) and using them to drive conversion, renewal, or expansion conversations.
- • Strong written communication skills: ability to produce clear, reusable documentation that aligns teams and preserves institutional knowledge.
- • Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments where ownership is fluid and you can initiate progress without waiting for full specification.
- • Preferred: Healthcare experience (payer/provider, quality measures, care management, scheduling workflows) or familiarity with conversational AI, agentic outreach, contact-center automation, or HIPAA/PHI compliance in real-world deployments.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Highly Competitive Salary & Equity Package: Base salary range of $171,000–$225,000 with meaningful equity designed to rival top FAANG compensation.
- • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): To support work-life balance and mental well-being.
- • Comprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: Robust coverage for you and your family.
- • Life and Disability Insurance: Financial security protections.
- • Simple IRA Matching: To support long-term retirement savings.
- • Professional Development Budget: Funding for conferences, courses, and certifications to encourage continuous learning.
- • Wellness Programs: Initiatives supporting physical and mental health.
