- • As the Product Lead for Developer Experience at Morpho Inc., you will establish and lead the DevEx product vertical from scratch, building best-in-class APIs, SDKs, and tooling to make Morpho the easiest and most reliable lending protocol for external integrators to build on, directly supporting the company’s mission to power human ambition with open access to capital in the rapidly growing DeFi ecosystem.
- • You will own the full DevEx product lifecycle end-to-end — conducting deep discovery with internal stakeholders (Integration & Growth teams) and external partners to map integrator needs, defining and maintaining a clear product roadmap for Partner APIs, SDKs, and Agent flows, working closely with a dedicated engineering team to ship resilient, enterprise-grade developer products, analyzing the competitive landscape in DeFi developer tooling, and building feedback loops with integrators, curators, and partners to continuously improve documentation, reliability, and onboarding.
- • Morpho is a leading DeFi lending protocol with over $10 billion in deposits, backed by top-tier investors including a16z crypto, Coinbase Ventures, and Ribbit Capital, and is scaling its team to become a cornerstone of a new internet-native financial system; you’ll join a small, sharp, low-ego team that values high impact, open context-sharing, and moving fast on hard problems in a nascent market.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in DeFi infrastructure, shape the developer experience for a protocol used by institutional and retail builders globally, drive measurable adoption and satisfaction gains within your first year, and enjoy real autonomy with direct access to partners and integrators, all while working in a flexible, remote-first environment with overlap across -5h GMT to +2h GMT.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience building and shipping crypto infrastructure or developer platform products (APIs, SDKs, developer tools)
- • 5+ years of product management experience shipping products end-to-end
- • 2+ years of professional or deep personal experience in DeFi
- • Strong technical depth to challenge engineers on architecture and trade-offs for mission-critical, highly resilient systems
- • Clear, organized communicator who thrives in async, remote-first environments
- • Output-oriented with a bias for shipping over planning
