- • As the Growth Product Lead at Collective Technologies, Inc., you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for product-led growth initiatives that help solopreneurs start and run their businesses more effectively through an AI-enabled financial back-office platform.
- • You will own the product area vision, strategy, implementation, and customer and lead cross-functional teams to ship innovative experiences, and optimize onboarding, activation, conversion, referral, and sales-assisted product experiences to drive scalable revenue.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6-8+ years of product management experience with a deep understanding of the full product lifecycle
- • Proven expertise in growth products, including building seamless experiences to drive conversion, re-imagining referral programs, and enabling customer-led growth
- • Fluency with experimentation and data, including defining A/B tests, fake door tests, and leveraging data for rapid, insightful product decisions
