📋 Description

• As a Product Leader at Devoted Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of critical product initiatives that directly impact clinical and operational outcomes across the health plan and medical group, driving measurable improvements in clinical quality, operational efficiency, and member experience.
• You will lead outcome-oriented product strategy by designing your own product roadmap for clinical operations with a focus on driving measurable operational outcomes such as cost reduction and payment accuracy, ensuring alignment with both member and provider needs and business goals.
• Day to day, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and Data to define and execute product initiatives, driving cross-team alignment and ensuring smooth delivery of key projects.
• You will regularly communicate insights, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders, effectively translating complex data and product strategies into clear, actionable recommendations that inform executive decision-making.
• Acting as the subject matter expert on care delivery and population health tooling, you will provide insights and guidance to senior leadership, helping to shape organizational understanding of clinical workflows and technology-enabled care solutions.
• You will leverage your 8+ years of software product management experience — including 4+ years in healthcare or health insurance — to ship new workflows and solutions that drive key business outcomes, using a data-driven mindset to optimize product strategy and decision-making.
• Your proactive, "get it done" attitude will enable you to thrive in Devoted Health’s fast-paced, uncertain, and flexible startup-like environment, where you’ll synthesize input from diverse stakeholders into executable plans and communicate them back clearly across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software product management experience, with 4+ years in healthcare or health insurance, and a proven track record of shipping new workflows or solutions that drive key business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with wide-array stakeholder groups — including Clinical, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and Data — to listen, synthesize input, and communicate actionable plans clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, including proven experience leveraging data to drive product strategy, optimization, and decision-making.
• Proactive "get it done" attitude and comfort operating in uncertain, fast-paced, and flexible environments typical of a high-growth startup.
• Preferred: Provider or payor experience working across clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to drive patient outcomes and member experience.
• Preferred: Understanding of value-based care frameworks and payment incentives from a risk-bearing provider perspective.
