- • As a Product Leader at Katapult Labs, Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between US-based founders and the engineering team, translating complex business needs—particularly around compliance workflows and marketplace dynamics—into clear, actionable product decisions that drive the platform forward. This role is pivotal in ensuring that product development remains tightly aligned with user value and business goals, especially for populations relying on accessible and reliable housing solutions.
- • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from deep user and business understanding to prototyping, backlog management, and quality assurance, ensuring that every feature shipped meets high standards of usability, reliability, and impact in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in product strategy, user-centered design, agile execution, and cross-functional leadership, gaining direct experience working with US founders on complex, compliance-heavy platforms while sharpening your ability to balance speed, quality, and user empathy in real-world product delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in tech environments.
- • Good English communication skills (spoken and written): able to interact with US-based founders comfortably.
- • Ability to create prototypes and wireframes (Figma or equivalent).
- • Strong product sense and user empathy especially for non-technical or vulnerable end users.
- • Experience with backlog management and agile methodologies.
- • Hands-on approach to QA: able to test features, write test cases, and flag issues.
