📋 Description

• As a Product Leader for Strategic and Tech Projects, you will serve as the strategic and operational right hand to the Director of Product, bridging complex technical architecture with business-critical KPIs to drive high-impact outcomes.
• You will manage multiple parallel workstreams, ensuring product decisions align with long-term growth and are delivered on time, acting as a fast-thinking, direct communicator across teams.
• You will dive deep into data to validate feature impact, ensuring the right products are built and measured for success in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
• You will work at the intersection of product strategy and execution, supporting the scaling of adjoe’s AI-powered mobile advertising ecosystem, including Playtime, Arcade, and adjoe Ads, which connects app developers to over 600 million users globally.
• You will contribute to a mission-driven culture backed by Bertelsmann, operating from Hamburg HQ with global offices in Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, helping define the next generation of ad and app experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or product leadership, particularly in technical or data-intensive environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning technical teams with business objectives.
• Experience managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery.
• Familiarity with mobile advertising, ad tech, or digital product ecosystems is a plus.
