📋 Description

• • The Product Management Advisor - Accredo role provides end-to-end ownership of 340B drug list, pricing, and exclusion management across Accredo, Home Delivery, Alternative Replenishment, and related specialty programs, serving as a critical operational and analytical subject matter expert to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with financial requirements.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning quarterly, off-cycle, and ad hoc updates for all 340B drug lists; maintaining NDC-level accuracy and version control; managing reference price discounts; governing drug exclusion and inclusion frameworks; leading Alternative Replenishment operations; producing analytical reporting on gross margin and program performance; serving as the primary operational SME for cross-functional partners; partnering with IT on DDA system issues; and developing and enforcing SOPs for complex processes.
