- • As a Product Management Coach at Leland Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in empowering aspiring product managers to achieve their career ambitions by providing expert guidance, personalized feedback, and strategic support throughout their journey into product roles at top-tier companies. Your expertise will directly contribute to democratizing access to high-quality career coaching and helping underrepresented talent break into competitive product management fields.
- • Day to day, you will conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with mentees, offering tailored advice on resume optimization, behavioral interview preparation, and product case interview execution; you will review and provide constructive feedback on resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to strengthen candidates’ personal branding; you will simulate real-world product case interviews, guiding mentees through frameworks for problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder communication; you will share insights on navigating product career paths, including transitioning into PM roles at startups, Big Tech, and Fortune 500 companies; you will adapt your coaching style to meet diverse learning needs and career stages, ensuring inclusive and effective mentorship; and you will collaborate with the Leland team to maintain coaching quality, participate in feedback loops, and contribute to the continuous improvement of coaching resources and session structures.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager at a top technology company, including startups, Big Tech, or Fortune 500 organizations
- • Demonstrated experience coaching or mentoring others in product management, either formally or informally
- • Strong ability to provide actionable feedback on resumes, behavioral interviews, and product case interviews
