- • Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution across multiple platforms to solve meaningful problems and create lasting value in a highly regulated environment.
- • Own and drive product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning; translate business strategy and market insights into actionable plans; lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
- • Partner with technology, operations, growth, regulatory, and client success teams to ensure alignment and high-quality execution; serve as a trusted product leader aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
- • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, coaching them to be outcome-focused owners; foster a culture of continuous discovery, experimentation, and validation before development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree a plus.
- • 8–10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of cross-functional product teams.
- • Proven success leading product strategy and roadmap execution in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments.
- • Strong technical fluency with cloud-based platforms and modern digital ecosystems.
- • Hands-on experience with product tools such as Jira and Figma.
- • Excellent communication and influence skills to align stakeholders around a shared vision.
