📋 Description
- • As a Product Management Senior Advisor – Enterprise Platforms at The Cigna Group, you will play a key role in redesigning processes, advancing data-driven decision-making, and enabling automation and AI-driven capabilities across a modern technology ecosystem as part of an enterprise transformation program focused on modernizing end-to-end client financial workflows.
- • You will lead end-to-end business analysis across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and Sales; redesign workflows by identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities; develop clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to strategic goals; analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities; build data models, business rules, and reporting frameworks; partner with engineering and AI teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions; support the design of automation, AI-enabled use cases, and decision-support tools; contribute to testing efforts including UAT, validation, and defect resolution; act as a key liaison between business and technical teams; facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and outcomes; and communicate progress, risks, and insights to senior stakeholders.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise transformation, financial workflow modernization, data-driven product management, and cross-functional collaboration between business and technology teams, while contributing to scalable AI and automation initiatives that impact large-scale operations.
