📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Viseven Europe AG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital transformation in the Pharma and Life Sciences industry by defining and delivering innovative software and digital marketing solutions used by the world’s top 100 pharmaceutical companies.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, design, business analysis, delivery, sales, and marketing), defining product roadmaps, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• You will join a rapidly growing, global team of over 700 skilled professionals across more than 30 countries, working in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment where your contributions directly influence the evolution of MarTech solutions for one of the most complex and regulated industries.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in product lifecycle management, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market strategy within the Pharma and Life Sciences domain, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and global delivery models that accelerate digital transformation at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams across different time zones and cultures.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar).
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus, including awareness of regulatory considerations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, or local health authority guidelines) relevant to digital solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM) is advantageous.
