- • As a Product Manager at TeamDynamix LLC, you will drive the delivery and adoption of high-value product capabilities by transforming customer insights, market research, and business objectives into a clear, actionable product roadmap, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business goals.
- • You will own and curate product roadmaps, gather and analyze feedback through direct review and research, collaborate with engineering to scope and deliver features, document functional specifications, manage product releases, and communicate plans effectively to stakeholders while assisting marketing with launch activities and contributing to process improvements and M&A initiatives.
- • You will join a remote-first Product team at TeamDynamix, a company backed by two private equity firms, focused on delivering Work Management platform solutions with a flat management structure, approachable leadership, and a culture that values authenticity, transparency, and continuous feedback.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic and analytical skills by evaluating customer feedback, usage data, and market trends; enhance cross-functional collaboration and influence; deepen technical fluency in software development, APIs, and integrations; and gain experience in product pricing, business process management, and project management on select initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 3–5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, product marketing, professional services, systems development, or IT operations
- • Experience with product management and data-driven or AI-driven feature analysis, building integrations with external software systems, integrating multiple products into a unified platform, adding internationalization or translation capabilities, and working with user management, authentication, and authorization
