📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Arb Interactive LLC, you will lead key product initiatives across Modo Casino’s portfolio, one of the top Social+ platforms in the US, driving innovation in social gaming, real-money gaming, and sweepstakes experiences.
• You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more sub-teams, defining vision, roadmap, and priorities while collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to launch high-impact features and optimize performance through data-driven decisions.
• Arb Interactive is a fast-growing, collaborative team of nearly 200 members recognized as a LinkedIn 2025 Top 50 Startup, where bold ideas thrive between coffee, code, and high-fives in a culture of curiosity and laughter.
• In this role, you will mentor junior team members, scale product processes, manage complex initiatives across work streams, and directly influence product success by owning KPIs, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with leadership and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching and scaling mobile products
• Experience working in social gaming, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes-based platforms strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority
• Experience in mobile app development and lifecycle management is required
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-informed mindset
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, etc.); MBA or technical degree a plus
