📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Solace, you will be responsible for developing and executing product initiatives that drive positive customer perception, experience, and retention in a mission-driven healthcare technology company working to fix the broken U.S. healthcare system.
• You will bring innovative product ideas to life, take full ownership of your work from concept to launch, rapidly produce and launch concepts while embracing failure as part of the process, serve as the go-to liaison with cross-functional and creative partners, define initiative-level roadmaps, ensure stakeholder alignment, document decisions and action items, and uphold Solace brand standards and user expectations across every touchpoint.
• Solace is a Series C healthcare startup founded in 2022, backed by top-tier venture capital firms including Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, and IVP, with a lean, mission-driven U.S.-based team focused on pairing patients with expert advocates to improve health literacy and outcomes in a complex healthcare system.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Consumer startups
• Bias toward action and execution with exceptional craving for momentum
• Comfort with ambiguity and refined palate for controlled chaos
• Unfettered creativity and intuition for creating delightful, consumer-oriented experiences
• Great communication skills to work across departments and make visions come to life
• Ability to be autonomous, take full ownership of work, and responsibility for every detail
