- • Own the end-to-end Product Plan for Australia’s Air Warfare Systems, translating high-level capability needs into executable, fit-for-purpose deliverables that meet strict cost, schedule and quality thresholds.
- • Drive complex planning cycles that integrate scope, schedule, risk, budget and resource management—ensuring every milestone aligns with Defence’s One Defence Capability System gates, reviews and committees.
- • Act as the trusted liaison between the Capability Manager, Commonwealth stakeholders, industry partners and the integrated project workforce, translating technical detail into clear, actionable direction for senior decision-makers.

- • Maintain a current understanding of emerging Air Warfare technologies, regulatory changes and strategic policy shifts, positioning AWSPO to anticipate future capability needs and proactively shape acquisition strategies.
- • Ensure all activities comply with Defence security protocols, including NV1 clearance requirements, and uphold Amentum’s ethical standards in every interaction with clients, suppliers and the broader Defence enterprise.
