- • As a Product Manager at Sarjai, Inc., you will drive the roadmap for our communications platform, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and business goals in the MENA market.
- • You will own the product roadmap for key areas of the platform, translate customer insights and business objectives into clear requirements, collaborate with engineering to scope and prioritize features, define success metrics, and use data to inform decisions while conducting user research and competitive analysis.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS product lifecycle management, strengthen your data-driven decision-making abilities, gain experience shipping products from 0 to 1 in a startup environment, and enhance your technical and cross-cultural communication skills working with diverse teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or communications
- • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
- • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- • Experience shipping products from 0 to 1 in a startup environment
- • Ability to conduct user research and competitive analysis
