- • As a Product Manager at nCino, you will support the implementation process team for client products and services, playing a key role in delivering new or upgraded solutions in the cloud banking space.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include validating product ideas through customer research and data analysis, drafting initiatives and epics for senior PMs, facilitating knowledge transfer to engineering teams, and tracking feature adoption post-launch using usage analytics and customer feedback.
- • You will work across cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineering to integrate AI/ML capabilities, and deepen your understanding of how your product fits into the broader customer experience.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in product lifecycle management, data-informed decision-making, and agile delivery while contributing to innovative banking solutions used globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of experience/proficiency or equivalent combination
- • Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
- • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- • Ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
- • Ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
