📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will command daily product operations in one of the company’s fastest-growing portfolio companies, owning every process, feature, and release with absolute accountability for results.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle, maintaining a refined backlog, leading feature discovery and delivery, enforcing pixel-perfect UI/UX standards, conducting UX research, monitoring post-production releases, executing Mixpanel analytics, providing twice-daily feedback to Dev and Data teams, and coordinating action items across Product Owner, QA, Dev, and Data teams.
• Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating innovative consumer products across health, education, and entertainment industries, driving the future of consumer-led products with a focus on operational excellence and rapid evolution.
• In this role, you will develop mastery in end-to-end product control, advanced analytics using Mixpanel, competitive benchmarking, UI/UX refinement, and cross-functional team leadership, achieving measurable impact through flawless execution and continuous product evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Web products and teams
• Proven track record in product management leadership with success managing complex products under daily operational control
• 2+ years of hands-on Mixpanel experience for advanced product analytics
• Experience leading Product Owners, QA, development, and data teams
• Eagle-eye attention to detail — capable of spotting 1-pixel misalignments instantly
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT-5, Anthropic) for product operations
