📋 Description

• Product Manager at Verse Medical, responsible for end-to-end ownership of high-priority product areas including the AI-driven rules engine, partnership network, and record collection efforts, driving innovation in healthcare technology to enable hospital-quality care at home.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include working cross-functionally with engineering, design, business operations, and legal to deliver impactful features; developing product strategy aligned with company goals; conducting market research; defining and prioritizing roadmaps; creating requirements and user stories; leading product lifecycle from concept to launch; performing stakeholder analysis; tracking KPIs, conducting A/B tests; and iterating on features to optimize user experiences in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Verse Medical is a well-funded Series C healthtech company backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures, building modern software infrastructure to connect providers, payors, and patients across 49 states, with a mission to replace outdated fax-and-phone systems with reliable, scalable care coordination.
• The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing product organization, work closely with the Head of Product and technical leaders, gain deep expertise in healthcare technology and product strategy, and contribute to equitable, high-quality care delivery in patients’ homes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
• Deep understanding of product management practices including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development.
• Experience working directly with engineers, designers, and data analysts/scientists to solve multifaceted problems and drive business value.
• Strong empathy, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, research, and analytical skills to inform product decisions.
• Preferred: experience with SQL, design tools (Figma, Sketch), ticketing tools (Jira, Linear), A/B testing, and prototyping.
