  • • Front is seeking a visionary Product Manager to spearhead the development of its Enterprise Readiness pod, a critical new initiative focused on building the administrative infrastructure for the AI era. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Front, a leading customer operations platform for B2B complexity, can confidently serve the largest and most security-conscious enterprises by providing robust identity, permissions, audit, and administrative controls. You will be instrumental in shaping how IT administrators manage software in an environment increasingly influenced by AI agents and automations, moving beyond traditional human-centric controls to accommodate non-human actors.
  • • As the Product Manager for this nascent pod, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for the core components that elevate Front to an enterprise-grade standard in the age of AI. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve defining and delivering the primitives that unlock significant upmarket pipeline growth. This includes architecting solutions for identity and access management (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, granular permissions, including those for AI agents), enhancing security and compliance through comprehensive audit logging (for both human and AI actions), implementing data retention and DLP policies, and ensuring SOC2/HIPAA-aligned controls. You will also focus on developing scalable admin tooling and robust APIs that enable seamless integration of Front into enterprise technology stacks. A key aspect of your role will be to translate complex customer needs, such as deal signals, security review post-mortems, and direct IT/admin insights, into durable platform investments rather than ad-hoc, one-off solutions.
  • • You will be at the forefront of defining what "admin controls for AI" truly means within the Front ecosystem. This involves deep exploration and definition of permissions for AI agents, establishing clear auditability for AI-driven actions, and providing admin-grade observability into automated workflows. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a proven track record of shipping products targeted at IT, administrative, or security buyers.
  • • Demonstrated enterprise/platform judgment, with the ability to distinguish between durable platform primitives and one-off solutions for specific deals, and to articulate and defend these distinctions.
  • • Strong fluency in identity and security concepts, including experience designing solutions around SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, audit logging, and/or public APIs, with the capacity to engage effectively in SOC2 or security review discussions.
  • • Well-formed opinions on the role and application of AI within the IT and administrative context, including understanding what is genuinely useful for admins versus mere 'theater,' and how non-human identities and AI-driven actions should be managed and audited.
  • • Excellent systems thinking capabilities, with a knack for identifying and mitigating second-order effects in complex systems like permissions, audit trails, and large-scale administration.
  • • A commitment to rigor and polish in product development, ensuring that administrative user experiences are seamless and professional, meeting the high standards expected by enterprise customers and IT buyers.
