📋 Description

• Product Manager at OnePay owns and drives product work that directly impacts customers’ financial lives, working across banking, buy now pay later (BNPL), payments, remittances, investing, and crypto to build and improve core experiences.
• Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration, partnering closely with engineering, design, and data to ship high-quality, customer-facing features quickly, and using data and experimentation to make decisions and improve outcomes.
• OnePay is an all-in-one financial services platform backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, trusted by millions of Americans, moving fast to fix a broken financial system with high fees, low rates, and limited ways to grow money.
• In this role, the person can learn to operate in a high-urgency, high-impact environment, drive product decisions with imperfect information, and gain deep expertise in consumer fintech products while contributing to a category-defining ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech, fintech, or fast-growing environments
• Experience working on products such as banking, payments, lending, BNPL, or other consumer financial tools
• Knowledge and ability to use AI tools to accelerate development and deliver measurable output
• A strong sense of urgency, ability to make decisions with imperfect information, and focus on shipping to a timeline
• High level of ownership, taking responsibility for outcomes and driving work end to end
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make progress even when things are not fully defined
