- • As a Product Manager for AI Agents at Compa Technologies, you will own key areas of the AI agent platform, turning emerging AI capabilities into products that compensation teams rely on daily for smarter, faster pay decision making.
- • You will drive strategy, roadmap, and execution by identifying customer problems, prototyping solutions, and partnering with engineering and design to ship iteratively while defining success metrics and using data to guide decisions.
- • Compa is a venture-backed AI startup revolutionizing compensation intelligence, serving enterprise clients like NVIDIA, Stripe, DoorDash, and OpenAI with real-time compensation data to stay ahead in a dynamic job market.
- • You will develop deep customer obsession, builder mindset, and high agency by working closely with compensation and talent teams to understand workflows, prototype concepts, and translate AI advances into tangible customer value in an agent-first world.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex products from concept through launch
- • Strong customer instincts and track record of translating ambiguous problems into valuable solutions
- • Demonstrated ability to use prototyping, experimentation, and AI tools to accelerate product discovery and execution
- • Experience building and scaling greenfield products or major new product areas
- • Excellent communication skills with customers, executives, designers, and engineers
- • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically sophisticated products
- • Curiosity about AI, agent systems, and emerging technologies with ability to separate meaningful opportunities from hype
