- • As a Product Manager for AI Customer Support at Alan, you will own a product area at the forefront of AI innovation, shaping how care teams interact with members through intelligent automation across email, phone, and chat channels.
- • You will work closely with designers, engineers, and operations teams to define product strategy, build AI-powered experiences, and create tooling that enables care and ops teams to configure, test, monitor, and improve AI agents with appropriate guardrails.
- • You will partner with sales, customer care, and insurance teams to align product development with business needs while staying at the forefront of AI advancements and deploying improvements across multiple countries.
- • Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery, serving over a million members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada by making prevention the new norm of care and turning health benefits into a strategic asset for employers.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of experience in a product management role or equivalent product ownership in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
- • Fluency in both French and English
- • Strong product execution skills including setting measurable goals, effective prioritization, and iterative shipping that balances quality, speed, and impact
