📋 Description

• Kiss My Apps is a platform company that unites 7 product verticals and 20+ AI-first products, 120+ million users, and its own ecosystem of analytical, payment, and marketing developments.
• We are looking for a Product Manager (AI Learning Platform) to create and develop an internal AI product that will change the approach to learning, development, and knowledge management within the company.
• The ideal candidate will lead the development and launch of two AI systems: AI-Tutor and AI-Assistant.
• The AI-Tutor is a personal tutor for each employee, integrated into Slack/KissMychat, while the AI-Assistant is a tool for L&D teams to generate content, manage knowledge base, and analytics.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Defining vision, roadmap, and priorities for the AI Learning Platform
• Formulating backlog, describing user stories, and defining functional requirements
• Working with technical teams and AI integrators to launch new features
• Controlling product quality and ensuring its development aligns with business goals
• Designing user experience and learning journeys for different roles and teams
• Ensuring the quality of AI-generated content and processes for its verification
• Developing a knowledge base as the foundation of the AI learning ecosystem
• Analyzing key product metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Tracking adoption, completion rate, learning score, engagement, and other indicators
• Identifying growth points for the product and making decisions based on user feedback
• Developing a competency framework for the company and creating learning paths for key roles
• Integrating learning into performance management processes and building a Readiness Dashboard to assess employee readiness for new roles and levels.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner or L&D Lead with product responsibility in EdTech
• Experience launching or developing digital products, internal platforms, or services
• Experience working with roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and prioritizing tasks
• Experience interacting with technical teams and understanding the product development process
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Understanding of knowledge base and learning system principles
