📋 Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Toast’s Marketing Agent product, defining how AI-powered marketing tools drive scalable impact for restaurant merchants across email, SMS, social, offers, and SEO.
• Own day-to-day execution including prioritizing features, coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales), and ensuring alignment with customer needs through interviews, testing, and data analysis.
• Join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team within Toast that operates like a startup, focused on building an AI partner that reduces merchant workload and drives incremental revenue through intelligent automation.
• Develop expertise in AI-driven marketing technology, data-informed product strategy, and cross-functional leadership while shaping the future of hospitality marketing at scale for thousands of merchants.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in driving strategy, execution, and impact for complex data, marketing, or demand generation products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast-paced environments, balances short-term results with long-term vision, and embraces iteration and experimentation.
• Experience building platforms and products at scale, preferably with SaaS, data platforms, or marketing automation tools.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and customer outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders around a shared mission.
• Track record of driving commercial success across multiple monetization strategies.

🏖️ Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $104,000 to $213,000 USD based on geographic pay zone (Zone A: $133K–$213K, Zone B: $115K–$184K, Zone C: $104K–$166K).
