  • • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered sales automation features, from vision and strategy to execution and adoption.
  • • Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build AI agents that automate sales tasks including account strategy, prospect research, and outreach.
  • • Translate customer pain points, market insights, and company goals into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product impact, inform iterative improvements, and validate hypotheses with real user data.
  • • Collaborate directly with customers—including users at Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling—to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit.
  • • Communicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with company-wide objectives.
  • • Drive product decisions using first-principles thinking, deeply understanding the jobs-to-be-done of sales representatives and eliminating inefficiencies in their workflow.
  • • Take high ownership of product outcomes, breaking through obstacles to deliver results in a fast-paced, 0→1 AI application environment.
  • • Work in-person in the San Francisco office a minimum of four days per week to foster collaboration and alignment with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
  • • Build on the frontier of the AI application layer, creating tools that automate busywork so sales reps can focus on closing deals.
  • • Leverage data to inform product decisions, measure adoption, and optimize for productivity gains across a base of 1,500+ active customers.
  • • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring product initiatives directly contribute to tripling annual recurring revenue year-over-year.
  • • Operate in a high-autonomy environment where product decisions are driven by impact, customer validation, and first-principles reasoning.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of relevant product management experience (1+ years considered for exceptional candidates)
  • • Proven ability to own product areas end-to-end, from strategy to execution
  • • Strong experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to ship AI-powered software
  • • Ability to work in-person in San Francisco 4+ days per week
  • • First-principles thinker with deep empathy for user pain points and jobs-to-be-done
  • • Experience defining success metrics and using data to drive product decisions
