📋 Description

• As a Product Manager for the Assurance Platform at CaseWare International Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of audit and accounting software used by over 500,000 professionals globally, driving innovation in a trusted fintech leader with three decades of industry influence.
• You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Assurance Platform, collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to prioritize features, gather and analyze user feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions that meet evolving regulatory and client needs.
• You will join a mission-driven, established fintech company headquartered in Toronto with a global footprint, where cross-functional teams work collaboratively to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant software solutions that empower accounting and audit professionals worldwide.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in fintech and regulatory technology, lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, influence product direction at a strategic level, and build a track record of delivering impactful B2B software solutions in a complex, compliance-heavy domain.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments
• Strong understanding of audit, accounting, or compliance workflows and regulatory requirements
