  • • As a Product Manager for Audience Insights and Monetization at Experian Holdings, Inc., you will lead the performance, discoverability, and growth of Experian’s audience portfolio across platforms, playing a pivotal role in how data-driven audiences are created, packaged, and delivered to advertisers in the evolving AdTech landscape.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing reporting and insights for syndicated, branded, custom, and partner audiences across platforms such as The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, and PubMatic; monitoring adoption, usage, revenue contribution, and key metrics like value scores and relevance rankings; building actionable insights from platform reporting to inform product strategy and empower Sales teams.
  • • You will apply AI and machine learning techniques to uncover hidden patterns in audience performance, build real-time dashboards and tools for Sales enablement, and automate workflows to deliver scalable intelligence that supports decision-making across teams.
  • • You will drive growth through experimentation—testing naming conventions, bundling strategies, pricing models, and segmentation approaches—while benchmarking against competitors to identify gaps and opportunities for improved discoverability and revenue.
  • • You will ensure compliance with data usage policies, stay ahead of AdTech trends like cleanrooms and dynamic audiences, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, Partnerships, and Sales teams to translate insights into roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategies.
  • • Reporting to the Product Management Director, you will operate at the intersection of execution and strategy, becoming a subject matter expert in audience reporting, monetization, and competitive positioning while shaping how data and technology create value in the global consumer economy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in product management, preferably within AdTech, data, or marketing technology environments.
  • • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting audience metrics, performance dashboards, and revenue data to drive product decisions.
  • • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, PubMatic, or similar DSPs/SSPs.
  • • Experience applying AI/ML techniques to derive insights from data and build predictive models or recommendation systems.
  • • Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B tests, pricing, packaging) to optimize product performance and monetization.
  • • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Data Science, Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams.
