- • As a Product Manager for Clinic Operations at Local Infusion, you will own the end-to-end roadmap for an AI-powered platform designed to transform how clinics operate, directly supporting the company’s mission to improve patient care and streamline specialty infusion workflows.
- • You will lead continuous discovery by shadowing frontline clinic staff, interviewing physicians and administrators, and translating operational pain points into clear, actionable product requirements that drive real-world impact.
- • You will partner with engineering, data, and clinical teams to make strategic build vs. buy decisions, define success metrics, and ensure timely delivery of AI-driven solutions that reduce administrative burden and improve care team efficiency.
- • You will present roadmap progress and outcomes to executive leadership and clinic partners, helping shape the future of AI adoption across Local Infusion’s growing network of clinics.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years shipping data-intensive or AI/ML products
- • Demonstrated understanding of sequencing infrastructure and application layers, including why data quality must precede agent deployment
- • Experience with healthcare data formats and clinical workflows (HL7, FHIR, EHR systems), or the ability to develop that fluency quickly
- • Strong discovery instincts — ability to uncover the real problem behind stated requests
- • Comfortable holding both platform-level ambiguity and feature-level precision simultaneously
- • Healthcare experience working with providers and clinical staff (preferred)
- • Experience with clinical data pipelines, RPA tooling, or AI agent frameworks (preferred)
