- • As a Product Manager, Creator Experience at Splice, you will own a new product at the intersection of creativity and technology, designed to unlock a new kind of experience for music makers, shaping what gets built and ensuring every detail lands right for the creator.
- • Day to day, you will build and own the research pipeline by running usability testing sessions, analyzing session replays and user interviews, partnering closely with designers to shape solutions end-to-end, owning delivery alongside engineering by running sprints and tracking progress, QAing new features before release, tracking product performance using data-analysis platforms, helping grow the creator base by owning the funnel from first experience to retention, and using modern tools like vibe coding assistants and research synthesizers to scale your impact.
- • Splice is a creative platform for music makers, offering an industry-leading catalog of sounds and samples, a rent-to-own marketplace for DAWs and plugins, and an expanding AI stack, with a remote-first culture that embraces flexibility, collaboration, and a shared commitment to being Direct, Inclusive, Splice Together, Creator Centric, and Optimistic (DISCO).
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in creator-centric product development, strengthen your ability to bridge research, design, and engineering, gain hands-on experience in end-to-end product ownership in a fast-moving environment, and sharpen your data-informed decision-making skills while making a tangible impact on how music creators interact with technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of product management experience in a fast-moving, consumer or creator-facing environment
- • Hands-on UXR experience: you’ve run user interviews, recruited participants, synthesized findings, and turned them into a clear, prioritized direction
- • Comfort owning delivery directly with engineers, from sprint kick-off through to shipping and monitoring
- • A metrics-informed mindset: fluent in funnel analysis, product analytics, and event tracking platforms like Amplitude
- • Experience in music, creative tools, or the broader creator economy (nice-to-have)
- • Familiarity with growth funnels, onboarding optimization, or lifecycle engagement (nice-to-have)
